Catalog description

Prerequisites: Acceptance to the Behavioral Health Support program. This course provides a holistic approach to care that promotes active participation by the client to share in decision-making and self-advocacy. Students practice motivational interviewing and skill-based methods for recovery/resiliency. Students will develop wellness plans and learn to identify support networks.
