In IND522, students will engage in management and leadership theories as a foundation for understanding the ways individuals evolve into high-performing teams. The course identifies sources of team conflict and provides an examination into various methods of resolution. Students will reflect on personal team and leadership experiences and analyze various approaches using theories presented in class.
