This course is intended to help the student understand how to analyze a company's basic financial statements and annual report. By the end of the course, you should be familiar with the four basic financial statements, some of the key accounts on the balance sheet as well as the overall accounting cycle. As a manager, you should be able to effectively analyze a company's financial statements and annual report. Additionally managers should be able to conclude on a company's profitability, efficiency, liquidity and solvency. View Sample Syllabus
