Catalog description

This course is a study of the specifications and standards that govern the practice of surveying including survey measurement precision. Accuracy assessments for angle, distance and position difference measurement systems are covered as are network designs and 3-D coordinating systems. An overview of specialized surveys are presented such as structural and ground deformation monitoring techniques and analysis.
