This course studies a comprehensive analysis of federal and state laws related to human resources management. Topics include Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, Fair Labor Standards Act (FMLA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and Workers’ Compensation are a sample of the regulations covered.
