Students will analyze business survival planning methodologies for business disruption including natural disasters; hardware and communications failures; internal or external sabotage or acts of terrorism; and the failures of supply chain and sales affiliate organizations. Topics include: risk identification, business impact analysis, and the adoption of alternative recovery methods for critical processes.
