A broad-based study of managerial decision-making based on the business disciplines studied throughout the MBA program. This course expands on the mastery of business skills and knowledge that students gained from the other core courses. Through in-depth analysis of case studies, current literature and projects, students will explore the long-term business strategies, planning and management tools used in many corporations.
