Catalog description
Presents basics of grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing skills, preparing students for English Composition I. Students who feel they are likely to encounter difficulties in ENC 1101 can request to take this college preparatory course as a foundation for the required course. This course is taken as Pass/Fail and is not required for graduation and/or calculated in the student’s CUM GPA. Credit is granted for this course but does not count towards graduation requirements.
