Catalog description

The course develops the students’ ability to perform material, labor; subcontract and equipment take-off quantities from construction drawings and specifications. The student is required to perform quantity takeoffs of materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors using a standard set of plans and specifications. Both manual and electronic take-off procedures are covered, beginning with a residential structure.
