Focuses on developing an understanding of the individual and group level factors that influence employee attitudes and behavior at work. Emphasis placed on learning organizational behavior theories, their empirical validity and their practical implications. Topics include personality and emotions, motivation, work teams and leadership. Prerequisite: Satisfaction of the School of Business Administration course level policy; Minimum 42 cr hrs earned
