This course examines leadership theory, concepts, and practice. Students will identify leaders and leadership styles and apply the knowledge to better understand and positively affect their organization, business, or institution. Also includes an emphasis on ethical processes and their application to leadership. Offered in a 7-week module. Prerequisites: HPE-525 or enrollment in Health Professions Education Certificate Program
