Catalog description
The application of exercise physiology and prescription to examine the physiologic responses to exercise. Emphasis is placed on appropriate testing methodologies, formulation of exercise prescriptions, and safe exercise leadership in a diverse population of individuals. Prerequisites: Exercise and Sport Science 352, 388; current CPR; or permission of instructor.
