Catalog description

Provides students with an overview of US law and how it applies to the sport industry. Topics include tort law, contract law, anti-trust law, and constitutional law. It also helps students learn to question, reason, and think in a fashion that will aid them in ethical dilemmas they may face in their future careers. Prerequisite: Exercise and Sport Science 150 or permission of instructor.
