The course examines decision-making in leadership roles through extensive use of case studies. The studies focus on the decisions facing all types of organizations committed to leading and serving. This includes budgeting and finance and how to involve teacher-leaders in decision-making. (Includes a minimum of 15 hrs principal observation)
