Catalog description
This course is a one-semester introduction to methods and issues surrounding the teaching of English Language Arts in middle, junior, and senior high levels. The course is specifically designed to connect the student's training in English Language Arts to educational theories. The course will focus on issues surrounding English Language Arts instruction and teaching techniques. Prerequisite: Admission to teacher education. Corequisite: EDUC 363 or EDUC 443.
