Examines the development, communication, and execution of an organizational change management plan. Topics include: identifying the need for change in response to a threat to organizational health or an industry disruption, identifying resources needed for a planned change initiative, communicating the change management plan to organizational leadership and other organizational members, enacting the change management plan in a successful and sustainable manner.
