Overviews nondiscriminatory assessments and adaptive behavior measurements, including educational achievement tests, standardized diagnostic tests, and intelligence tests, as well as the concepts, laws, current issues, and procedures that relate to formal and informal assessment of students. Analyzes the relationship between assessment data and instruction.
