Application of appraisal theory and methodology through real-world simulations to help students meet the minimum experience requirements to take the Appraisal Qualification Board (AQB)-approved Licensed Residential Real Property Appraiser examination or its equivalent. Appraisal practice under the direct supervision of an assigned mentor.
