Review of phlebotomy theory and practices including equipment, procedures, and special considerations. Reinforces and updates basic skills and competencies of phlebotomy techniques for individuals who have not worked in the field for between 6 months and 24 months and for those who have completed a formal structured phlebotomy training program but have not worked in the field.
