This course focuses on the framework for how to effectively hire the right people and create a positive, engaging, growth environment that promotes employee retention. Upon completion of this course the student will be able to utilize emotional intelligence and humble inquiry to improve accountability, performance, collegiality and morale among groups to build more effective and productive teams.
