Catalog description

This course focuses on creating a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving and Kaizen thinking. Upon completion of this course the student will be able to create and facilitate a Huddle Board Meeting, conduct Gemba Walks, implement principles of total systems thinking, conduct 5S organizing principles, and problem solving techniques. Prerequisites: None.
