Hazard Zone Command

Catalog description

Provides the knowledge, skills and abilities for incident commanders to manage local, National Incident Management System (NIMS) Type 4 and 5 incidents. Prepares Fire Service Company and Command Officers to standardize local incident operations across their organization. The Hazard Zone Command course includes theory and simulation-based case studies. After successful completion of the course, the student will receive Blue Card certification for a period of three (3) years.
