Catalog description

Designed to instruct emergency care personnel in the critical skills necessary to establish and maintain an airway of the traumatized or medically compromised patient. Airway skills include oxygen therapy with all adjuncts, administration of pharmaceuticals via the endotracheal (ET)/pharyngeal tracheal lumen airway (PTLA), management of the airway as a route for medications, and invasive airway procedures. Content concurrent with Department of Transportation Guidelines and the American College of Surgeons Division on Trauma Standards of Care.
