Building on the foundational clinical and professional skills of the clinical dental assisting extern. Start of the third quarter of their clinical experience, where students will demonstrate more efficient assimilation within the clinical environment. Demonstration of competency in advanced chairside procedures and reinforcement of students’ abilities in infection control practices and independence.
