Research in Comparative Politics is an advanced-level course that explores topics in domestic politics around the world outside of the United States. Students will work with faculty members to develop ideas, reading list and research projects based on their interests, leading to the completion of an independent research project. These topics can include area studies like African, European or Asian Politics, country studies like Chinese political economy, ethnic conflict and reconciliation in Rwanda, or many other subjects of interest. Prerequisites: POLI 3020 Comparative Politics.
