Conflict Resolution in Management ((4 Credits))

Catalog description

The student will explore conflict, negotiation, and mediation in the organizational setting. Topics included are approaches and strategies for understanding and managing conflict, developing communication skills, and strategies that facilitate conflict resolution. The student will also have the opportunity to develop and assess his/her own conflict communication style. Prerequisites: MGMT 1005 , MGMT 3060 .
