Catalog description

This course explores develops a variety of skills involving mathematical preliminaries and error analysis, direct methods for solving linear systems, interpolation and polynomial approximation, numerical integration and differentiation, and solutions of equations of one variable. This course is highly computational and many of the concepts require a deeper understanding of the theory presented. This course contains elements which rely on vision to complete.
