Topics in Methodology ((3 Credits))

Catalog description

This study is available for matriculated MALS students only. The Methodology study is an independent study generally taken with the student’s advisor or one of the anticipated readers for the final project. This usually happens one or two terms before the student plans to enroll in the final project. The methodology requirement can however be fulfilled by taking one of the standing electives in the course catalog (eg Feminist Theory, American Studies Theory and Method, Archives, etc) if this is part of the enrollment plan as outlined in the student’s approved degree proposal.
