Catalog description

This study will explore health and wellness for human service professionals including but not limited to physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and social dimensions. Current topics in relevant research about health and wellness will be examined. This course is aligned with the Community and Human Services area of study guidelines for Knowledge of Human Behavior and Skills & Application.
