Outreach in Human Service Organizations ((4 Credits))

Catalog description

Students in this course will apply the principles of outreach including outreach strategy and the outreach mix (product, place, price, and promotion) to a nonprofit setting. Students will focus on the promotion of services, customer service, development of outreach strategies, and services to diverse populations within human service settings. This course is aligned with the Community and Human Services Area of Study guidelines for Knowledge of Service Delivery and Skills & Application.
