Catalog description

This course will provide students the fundamentals of human service management in profit and not-for-profit organizations. Principles of management skills will be explored. Students will formulate an understanding of diverse perspectives and cultural humility within the organization. This course is aligned with the Community and Human Services Area of Study guidelines for Knowledge of Service Delivery and Skills & Application.
