This course focuses on models, methods, and structures for developing and delivering human services in a variety of settings. Factors such as context, potential gaps, and barriers to access as well as the varying roles and activities of human service professionals will also be examined. This course is aligned with the Community and Human Services Area of Study guidelines for Knowledge of Service Delivery and Skills & Application.
