Catalog description

Are you curious about where a degree in psychology or human development can take you? Whether you have a career goal in mind or are just starting to explore your interests, this course introduces students to a wide range of professional paths and graduate study options in these fields. The focus of the course will be on both exploring career options and resources and building important skills like job searching, resume building, and interview preparation. Students will learn about different types of jobs in mental health, education, research, community work, business, and related areas. This course will support students in making informed choices about future coursework and career planning. Students should not enroll in this course and the advanced level of the same course title as there is significant redundancy in the content of courses.
