Catalog description

This course explores the health care and social service infrastructures for the provision of care to vulnerable populations. Topics may include: what defines a vulnerable population, examination of forces that may impact the provision of care, various perspectives of care, and examining influences from society at large. This course meets the Community and Human Services area of study guidelines for Knowledge of Service Delivery and Diversity.
