Catalog description

This course addresses the development of the managed care system of healthcare delivery. It will examine the service delivery systems, effects on stakeholders and the business components that comprise managed care and affect the quality of healthcare in the United States. Note: This course is aligned to the Community Human Services Area of Study guidelines for Knowledge of Service Delivery Human Behavior and Skills & Application.
