Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to impart financial risk management concepts and optimal financial risk management practices and strategies in a business environment. The course focuses on methods and processes of assessing a firm's financial vulnerability. Students develop applicable skills and tool sets in risk analysis and management of financial risk, and how measures of risk relate to strategic and tactical business decisions.
