Catalog description

This course supports students’ development of strategic thinking and leadership skills critical for success in the modern, highly competitive higher education space. Students will have an opportunity to explore strategic planning and continuous improvement processes, with an emphasis on post-secondary institutions. Topics will include the planning and development of a strategic plan, strategic plan implementation, evaluation of strategic plan goals and objectives, and the connection of strategic planning to institutional continuous improvement and accreditation.
