Advanced Micro-Writing ((4 Credits))

Catalog description

Students will study micro-writing, a creative and concise literary form of expression that encompasses various genres, including micro fiction, micro poetry, and other ultra-short literary forms, within the context of early fragments and 20th Century Flash Fiction, up to contemporary interdisciplinary/multi-genre uses and content creation online. Students will create and revise original written works, under 250 words, in the genre(s) of their choice.
