Catalog description

This study is designed to facilitate an understanding of philosophy of ethics and ethical decision-making process. The study emphasizes the overall philosophies, theories, and concepts of moral reasoning in making informed ethical decisions in various areas of business and business management. Please note: This course only fulfills the Humanities General Education category for students under the 2010 General Education requirements. It does NOT meet the 2023 Humanities requirement. Este curso está diseñado como una introducción a los estudios de negocios y suele ser la primera asignatura que toman los estudiantes de esta disciplina y áreas afines. Su objetivo principal es ofrecer una visión general de los conceptos y principios fundamentales de los temas empresariales contemporáneos, incluyendo ética empresarial, economía, comercio electrónico, gestión, marketing, contabilidad y finanzas. Prerequisites: BUSN 1015 , MGMT 1005 , or equivalent.
