Catalog description

This course is the first of a two-course sequence ( RSCH 700A and RSCH 700B ) to complete the degree program through the accomplishment of a thesis. The student will propose and begin to develop a written document on a aviation/aerospace topic, supervised throughout its preparation by the student's Thesis Committee. The document is intended to demonstrate the student's mastery in a topic related to their program of study and be of satisfactory quality for publication. Following satisfactory performance within this course, the student will continue to RSCH 700B for the completion and submittal of the thesis. NOTE: For Thesis Option students, RSCH 700A and RSCH 700B must be taken in that order, as part of the research specialization sequence following RSCH 670 .
