Catalog description
Covers theory and application of advanced semiconductor devices. Emphasizes thyristors, FETs, integrated circuits, and other devices as applied to audio frequency amplifiers, feedback circuits, modulators, detectors, and other basic electronic circuits. Lecture: 3.0 credits (45 contact hours). Laboratory: 1.0 credit (30 contact hours).
