Catalog description

Prerequisite: Reading: Grade of C or better in RDG 091 or LTC 099, or satisfaction of other placement criteria. ^ This course provides students with advanced knowledge about the current laws and regulations of cyberspace. It covers basic laws and ethical behavior associated with e-commerce security, privacy, and network security. In addition, it highlights legal issues involved in technology. Students examine best practices in ethical aspects of cybersecurity.(1.2) Proficiency Credit: Available (2 S) Pass/No Credit: Available
