Catalog description

This course provides instruction on the role of the respiratory therapist during disaster management. The topics include intra-hospital transport; land and air transport; rapid response teams; distinguishing the various color codes within a hospital; disaster preparedness at the federal, state, and local levels; and the requirements for disaster preparedness within the hospital.
