Catalog description

The main objective of the course is teaching basic sign language skills to facilitate interaction and socio- cultural contact between the deaf and the attending professional. Throughout the cour se, students will learn to communicate effectively with hearing impaired individuals. Learning sign language will add to the inte gral formation of students and encourage them to meet the expectations and needs of this sector of society.
