Through this course you will discuss the mechanisms of body movement in the muscular, anatomical and physiological aspects. The study is aimed at the application of human physical performance, including musculoskeletal actions, the analysis of sports skills and training, and conditioning techniques with application of the laws and principles of exercise mechanics.
