Catalog description

Three (3) credits. 60 hours Discussion of the origin and development of the Survival System (Hisardut). It studies the components of the Hisardut System among which include martial arts branches such as: Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Karate. Analysis of defense me thods against firearms, white/cold weapons, physical aggression, and survival techniques in danger situations are included in this course. This course consists of 30 hours of lecture and 30 hours of laboratory.
