Catalog description

This course will introduce the student into the concept of garment fabrication. Cotton muslin will be used as the main fabric to drape on the dress form original designs in order to be able to c reate three dimensional pieces as bodices, dresses and jackets. After creating these pieces into garments, they will be saved as patterns on paper. Every item will be fitted after sewing the pieces of muslin together.
