The Forensic Chemistry course presents the chemistry application in the analysis of collected evidence from a crime scene. Specifically, the analysis of what is known as traces of evidence. The results obtained help determine if there was a transfer of material or presence of specific chemical substances. This combined with data related to the criminal act contribute to the establishment of a scientific explanation.
