Three (3) credits. 60 hours The purpose of this course is to teach the student the basic principles for: registration, administration and management of the patients record in an organized way. Also, maintaining confidentiality and security of health care information such as: treatments, diagnosis, health care provider, that the personnel from the medical records or hospital maintain in the computer for both the input or output of information or the migration of documents.
