Clinical Practice I

Co-requisites: None This practice includes supervised clinical experience at a duly accredited institution that provides Physical Therapy services. The student will observe and apply various treatment modalities studied to patients/clients at the different clinical practice cente rs under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist in accordance with Law 114. The actions performed by the student will be guided by the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards. The course consists of 200 hours of clinical practice and 30 hours of seminar, where the professor integrates practice and theory.
